Spectrum uses a hydrocarbon blend of propane and isobutane. These naturally occurring gases are FDA approved, listed in the Code of Federal Regulations as GRAS (generally recognized as safe), and have an ozone depleting potential of zero.Spectrum Naturals Spray Oils are expeller pressed oils in convenient aerosol spray cans. Four conventional 6-oz. varieties are available: High Heat Canola, Canola with Butter Flavor, Grapeseed and Olive. High Heat Canola is also available in a larger 16-oz. size.Spectrum Naturals Organic Spray Oils are the same high quality organic oils found in our bottled organic offerings, now in a convenient aerosol spray format. Our Organic Expeller Pressed Sunflower Oil, and our Organic First Cold Pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil, are the first organic offerings available in the spray can market. These two new organic items join our highly successful line of conventional spray oils.
